Does it work without internet?

Yes. Every sale saves on the device first, and syncs itself when the connection comes back. The Windows app even starts up with no internet at all.

What if the PC breaks?

Your data lives in the cloud. Sign in on another PC and carry on. The Windows app also keeps daily backups on the computer.

Which printer do I need?

Any 80mm thermal receipt printer, such as the Xprinter XP80T. Bangla prints correctly because the receipt is drawn as an image. A cash drawer with an RJ11 plug connects to the printer.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. Open Finetabz in Chrome on your phone to watch the live dashboard and reports, and get push notifications for new table orders and supplier updates. At the counter, a Windows PC or an Android tablet is more comfortable.

How do I pay?

Monthly, by bKash or bank transfer. No card needed — not even for the trial.

Is my data separate from other shops?

Yes. Each business is walled off in the database. Inside your business, every staff member signs in with their own PIN and sees only what their role allows.
